3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may only create one account per person. 4. Deposits and Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bj11 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and select Bangladeshi banks. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum deposit amount varies by payment method and account status. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Requests

You may request a withdrawal from your bj11 account at any time, provided your account balance is at least ৳500 (minimum withdrawal amount). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit unless otherwise agreed with bj11 support.

5.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 to 60 minutes during business hours (9:00 AM to 11:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time). Withdrawals requested outside business hours will be processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawals and large withdrawal amounts may require additional verification and may take up to 24 hours to process.

5.3 Withdrawal Limits

Standard withdrawal limits are ৳50,000 per day, ৳200,000 per week, and ৳500,000 per month. VIP players may be eligible for higher withdrawal limits. bj11 reserves the right to modify withdrawal limits based on account status, verification level, and payment method.

5.4 Bonus Withdrawal Restrictions

7.4 One Bonus Per Player

• Exploiting technical errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities

10. Account Closure and Termination
